Client Overview: Mida Property is a real estate subsidiary of Mida Asset. The company focuses on developing residential projects and property management.

Project Background: nConnect took over the web development in mid-2021. The process began with a comprehensive audit proposal of the existing website to identify critical issues. We then proceeded with a complete redesign and redevelopment to elevate the user experience. Development Timeline: Approximately 30 business days.

The Challenge: Audit of the Existing Website

Before the intervention, the website faced critical performance and security issues:

Security Breaches: The site suffered from malware attacks, causing users to be automatically redirected to unauthorized advertisements.
Poor Lead Generation: There was no functional inquiry form system; the site relied on static images for contact information, making it difficult for customers to connect.
SEO Deficiencies: Text content was embedded within images rather than code, severely negatively impacting SEO scores and search visibility.
Performance Issues: Images were unoptimized and excessively large, causing slow load times, particularly on mobile devices.
Broken Functionality: The Blog, Promotion, and News sections were non-functional.
Poor UX/Navigation: There was no search or filter system, making it impossible for users to find specific projects based on their needs.

The Solution: Full Redevelopment by nConnect

We executed a complete overhaul of the design, features, and backend architecture:

1. Design & UX/UI

Modern Layout: Redesigned the interface with a “Full-Width” layout to make content more engaging and data entry more flexible.
Navigation: Implemented a new left-side menu structure with a Full-Screen Menu overlay for easier navigation and accessibility.

2. Performance & Media

Cloud Media API: Integrated a cloud-based video API to serve video content, reducing the load on the main server and saving storage space.
Image Optimization: Connected an Image Optimization API to automatically adjust and compress images, significantly improving website speed and performance.

3. Lead Management & Automation

Smart Inquiry Forms: Created specific data collection forms for each individual real estate project.
Google Sheets Integration: Developed a custom API bridging the website and Google Sheets. Leads are automatically synced and organized by project for easy management.
Real-Time Alerts: Implemented LINE Notify to send instant alerts to the specific project manager responsible for that project whenever a new registration occurs.

4. Backend & Marketing Tech

Drag & Drop Live Editor: Built a flexible backend system allowing the client to modify designs, update content, and launch new project pages independently without coding.
Advanced Filtering: Implemented a Property Filter System, allowing users to search projects by Location, Project Type, Status, and Budget.
Social & Tracking: Integrated Social Media management tools and distinct tracking codes (Pixel/Analytics) that can be managed separately for each specific project.
