Client: Mida Property
Mida Property is a company within the Mida Asset group, engaged in the real estate business. nConnect commenced operations in mid-2021 for the design and development of the website midaproperty.com, starting with a proposal based on an audit of the existing website, followed by the development of a new website to enhance user experience. This project took approximately 30 business days to develop.
The website redirected to advertisements due to malware attacks.
The website lacked a form system for inquiries, relying instead on images.
Images were used in place of text, adversely affecting SEO scores.
There were issues with excessively large image sizes on mobile devices.
The Blog/Promotion/News pages were non-functional.
There was no system for filtering or searching projects within the business.
We undertook a complete redevelopment of features and design on the website:
A new website layout was designed, altering the menu structure to the left and implementing a Full Screen Menu for ease of use.
The website was designed as a Full Width Design, enhancing data entry and making the user experience more engaging.
A Cloud Media API was integrated for video content on the website, facilitating easier usage without consuming space on the main website.
An API for Image Optimization was linked to adjust image sizes, improving website speed performance.
A data collection form was established, separating each project, with data sent to Google Sheets and notifications via LINE for new registrations to project managers for each project.
An API system was developed between the website and Google Sheets, allowing lead data obtained from projects to link to Google Sheets, organized by project for easier management.
A backend system was created using a Drag and Drop Live Editor, which allows for flexible modifications and updates to new projects in accordance with design ideas.
Social Media was integrated, enabling separate management of each project along with tracking codes for each project.
A Property Filter system was implemented, allowing for convenient management and filtering of projects by location, project type, project status, and budget.
